To start a return, email support@elanliving.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the direct return cost.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, Elan Living will provide an appropriate return method or reimburse reasonable return costs where required.

For statutory cancellations, refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after:

• We receive the returned goods; or
• We receive evidence that the goods have been sent back, if this occurs earlier.

For other approved returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, we aim to process the refund within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
