We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £99.
For orders under £99, a £3.99 standard shipping fee applies.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) on business days will begin processing the same day where possible. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are 7–12 business days from dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays.
Shipping & Tracking
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order doesn't arrive as expected, we're here to help.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the damage so we can investigate the issue promptly.
If your parcel appears to be lost or hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Care team. We'll work with the delivery partner to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.
